Presentation on Bees

John Callaghan, from Páirc a’Tobair, visited the Junior room today with his very interesting presentation on Bees. They learnt many interesting facts about bees. They learnt about bees as pollinators and why bees buzz! They also learnt about the bees waggle dance and the differences between bees and flies.

We look forward to working with John again in the Spring on a pollinator plan for our school garden.
