Maths Week and National Tree Day

The children in the Junior classroom enjoyed a busy and active Maths week estimating and measuring different distances inside and outside the school. They enjoyed identifying 2D and 3D shapes in their environment and also conducted a survey with their classmates. The pupils also planted a native Wild Cherry Tree for National Tree Day which we hope will be here for many years to come for them and future generations to enjoy.
