Junior classroom boys and girls become Arctic explorers this month

The children from our Junior room learning about the Arctic during Aistear this month - working together to create a 3D Arctic scene out of recycled items and creating their very own narwhal whales out of clay. Role play involved many rescued polar bears and snowy owls, while they built igloos in construction.
