DIY explosion at our school

Thank you to Ms. Brennan for transforming an ordinary day into an extraordinary one by combining Diet Coke and Mentos. By doing so the children created some spectacular soda explosions. The boys and girls from our Junior room loved watching (and doing) this fun, easy chemical reaction that combines two delicious ingredients to create a geyser of carbon dioxide bubbles.
