Christmas dress-up day and bake sale

A big thank you to our entire school community for the generosity shown last Friday for our school Christmas dress-up day and bake sale.

We raised a fantastic €160 for St. Vincent de Paul.

Thank you to 5th and 6th class pupils for their tasty baked treats and to Mrs Barrett for helping to run the pop-up ‘siopa’ in her room.

Finally, our 6th class school magazine also raised €75 towards the purchase of 6th class hoodies for our class of 2024, with a small number of magazines still available. Well done to Aodhán, Ava, Caitlin, Iori and Liam for compiling their Christmas edition, that the children were eager to get a chance to read straight away.
